UniPa organized a local workshop as one of the MaTeK project activities for the enhancement of research excellence in Mathematics Teacher Knowledge. The main goal of the workshop was to improve Ph.D. students, novice mathematics education researchers, and Teacher-Researchers of GRIM – UniPa Research Group in Math Education for scholarly communication. Promoting communication, cooperation and collaboration, invited speakers (young and senior researchers, teachers-researchers of all school grades) presented their current researches. A special session of the workshop was dedicated to Data analysis in Math and Science Education research.
All workshop sessions included presentations and exchanged feedback and suggestions. According to the audience requests, some of the talks were in the Italian language, some were in English and Italian languages. The event, which was open to anyone interested, was held on December 20, 2021, in presence at the Department of Mathematics and Informatics, DMI – UniPa, Stanza 105, and online by Google Meet, according to the following program:
